Our client was investing approximately £100,000 per month in 15 outbound sales people and a brand agency focusing on brand awareness. Collectively, this was producing around 70 new customers per month with a conversion rate of just 6% from lead to sale.

Devoting 3 experienced sales specialists and a dedicated Account/Digital Marketing Manager, we averaged 31 inbound digital leads each week with a conversion of 23%. In addition to digital channels, outbound calling generated an average of 30 new customers per week for mobile, broadband and hosted telephony (1-30 users).
